We want you to be happy with your Barelog subscription. In the unfortunate event that you're not happy with your subscription and would like a refund, here’s how it works:

Initial Purchase

We offer a 14-day refund cooling-off period on all subscriptions. If you're not satisfied for any reason, just contact us within 14 days of your first payment, and we'll issue you with a full refund. Please note that this does not apply to subscriptions purchased through special promotions, sales, or exclusive deals, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the specific offer.

Monthly Subscriptions

After the initial 14-day refund cooling-off period, monthly subscriptions are not eligible for a refund.

Annual Subscriptions

After the initial 14-day refund cooling-off period, annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription term.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
